Adsertor was established by seasoned digital marketing entrepreneur Tim Roberts.
Adsertor has been brought to market following more than two years of intensive research and development.
Initially tested in the travel and hospitality sector, where Adsertor has strong connections, it is now being implemented in businesses across all industry sectors.
Tim is CEO of THSA Solutions Ltd, with responsibility to develop the strategic direction of the business. Tim came up with the vision for Adsertor following more than 20 years working in the data and digital marketing arena.
A seasoned entrepreneur and innovator, Tim has proven experience in building dynamic, successful sales and operations cultures and developing product strategies that accelerate company growth.
Prior to Adsertor, Tim was Founder, CEO and then Chairman of I-COM until June 2014. The company grew substantially from a start-up in 2003, delivering award-winning digital marketing campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest and most successful companies. Tim has since also invested in a number of start-ups in hospitality, digital and ecommerce.
Luke is a vastly experienced property professional of more than 20 years’ experience, specialising in innovative Building Information Modelling (BIM) construction software solutions.
He is a RICS and ICES chartered Quantity Surveyor who has worked extensively on building, civil and mechanical engineering projects. He has proven project delivery skills across many diﬀering sectors including: commercial oﬃce, retail and residential building, clean and waste water, civils, utilities, rail, nuclear and infrastructure.

Luke is the owner of BPM Group and its two separate divisions, BPM BIM and BPM Professional Services.
Head of Customer Services
Client Services Director. Simon looks after all the UK clients for Adsertor, working with them to extract maximum value from their data and web visitors, using Adsertor’s unique insights.Simon also works with our clients on email marketing campaigns and other methods to drive web visits.
Trained in Sales and Sales Administration, Simon has also owned and run a full-service marketing agency and brings all of this experience to the benefit of our clients.
Sector experience in Professional Services including UHY and Pannone; Retail with Harrods, Selfridges, ASDA and Argos; Agriculture with Massey Ferguson, Valtra and GrowHow (CF Industries); Industrial with Shell and Toys with LEGO.
Head of Sales
Brian Young a seasoned sales operator and manager. Brian has proven experience in building dynamic, successful sales and operations cultures and developing product strategies that accelerate company growth.
Brian began his 30 year sales career with Gillette UK, where throughout the 1990’s as an Account Manager he launched revolutionary products like Sensor, Mach 3 and the male toiletry range Gillette Series. He left the Gillette company as Senior National account manager for Superdrug, to take up a Commercial Controller role at the largest Field Marketing company in the UK namely McCurrachs based in Glasgow. After two years of successfully restructuring that business, Brian then took a senior role at Yell, where he joined as the Areas Sales Manager for Lancashire, a 50 strong sales force selling Printed and Digital media.
After 16 successful years transforming Yell from Print to Digital advertising, Brian joined the Adsertor senior team 1n 2016.
Chris arrived at Adsertor with over 20 years experience in the IT industry
Having worked for many large clients such as British Aerospace MBNA, Royal Mail, Transport for London and IT service provider CSC
He has delivered large scale projects for all of these clients many of which are still being utilised today. These projects have helped these companies to millions of pounds of cost savings / sales and improved workflow within internal departments.
Chris has exposure to all areas of the IT project lifecycle from inception to implementation.
He specialises in client facing applications , data processing and analysis and the Oracle product portfolio.
PA to Chief Executive Officer
Personal Assistant to the CEO, responsible for diary and administration management.
Maria comes from a Sales and Customer Service background having worked for The Royal Bank of Scotland Group for 10 years. Experienced in a variety of roles from managing sales, customer service and customer resolution teams.
Sohail Nawaz MBE
Sohail is an experienced leader who has a proven track record in building successful management/sales teams and operational processes and systems. His strength is also developing product strategies that accelerate company growth. Sohail began his 35 year business development career with British Telecoms Yellow Pages business. He has been a resident in the region for over 4 years.
PA to CEO Bahrain (GCC)
Personal assistant to the CEO Bahrain, responsible for diary management, administration management and social media for the GCC.
Gen has a background in corporate business and the hospitality industry, having worked for organisations such as Lockheed Martin and BP over the past 13+ years. With her she brings international experience from her roles in the Middle East working for the likes of Addleshaw Goddard as a legal PA to the lead partner and also acting as an Office and Systems manager.
Prior to joining Adsertor in September of 2018, Ridaa worked in the Credit and Risk Management department at Al Baraka Banking Group on research, analysis, and reporting. Her knowledge in the financial services sector comes from the training she has received at other financial institutions including Khaleeji Commercial Bank and Ernst and Young.
Ridaa holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Consulting from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Bahrain.

The role involves taking clients’ data and manipulating it to create variable data through Adsertor. Key requirements include strong skills in Excel and knowledge of data formats and processes.
Design User Experience Specialist
The role involves a strong understanding of web analytics and user experience of client websites. You will be responsible for utilising Adsertor to increase conversion rates and positive visitor experience.
Client Services Manager
Outstanding communication skills and customer service/support experience are essential for this role. Previous experience of at least 2 years in an account management position.
There are many ways in which we create partnerships to further
drive the Adsertor business.
This can be through white label opportunities, creating preferred partnerships offering full
system support or through re-sellers who simply introduce the Adsertor system to suitable
parties and receive commission on completion of the on-boarding of a client.
